Tania Santos, EA

Founder & CEO, Enrolled Agent

Tania Arvizu, EA is an IRS Enrolled Agent, entrepreneur, and business advisor with more than 20 years of experience helping entrepreneurs and small businesses strengthen their financial operations through accounting, taxation, and strategic business consulting. As the CEO of Platinum Accountants, Inc., she specializes in guiding business owners toward long-term financial success through practical tax planning, business advisory services, and operational improvement. She also serves as a Business Consultant with the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) – Central Coast and is a member of the Intuit Tax Council, where she collaborates on the development of products used by tax professionals across the country.

Beyond her professional work, Tania is a passionate advocate for financial literacy and economic empowerment within underserved and immigrant communities. A bilingual leader, she serves on the Board of Directors of the Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, chairs its Economic Vitality Committee, is a member of the Carmel Valley Rotary Club, and is an alumna of Leadership Monterey County and the Latino Business Action Network (LBAN) Scaling Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Through speaking engagements, education, and community leadership, she is committed to helping entrepreneurs build stronger businesses while inspiring others through her own journey of perseverance, lifelong learning, and service.
